Networks for continuing education
Networks for continuing education are networks in which several companies and actors enter into cooperation in order to organize and carry out further training measures in a resource-efficient manner across company boundaries. The CITT is part of various networks to help shape the transformation in Germany and to secure and maintain employment.
Network for continuing education ZiT
The network for continuing education ZiT helps small and medium-sized companies, especially from the electronics industry, to create awareness of the task of future qualification, to reduce fears and reservations and to tackle qualification. This network is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The ZiT website can be found here.
Network for continuing education WVU
The network for continuing education WVU is the central point of contact for all aspects of qualification and further education in the area of Bayrischer Untermain. Important regional labour market and continuing education stakeholders as well as representatives of the private sector have decided to actively support the project "Initiative Weiterbildungsverbund (Automotive) am Bayerischer Untermain" funded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The WVU website can be found here.
Network for continuing education Re(Shape)
In view of megatrends such as digitalization, decarbonization, deglobalization and demographic change, companies in the automotive and supplier industries are facing massive changes. This challenge is a great opportunity for companies that want to actively address and shape these changes. In order to accompany employees on the path to transformation, various organisations have joined forces with vocational education and training stakeholders and scientific experts to form a continuing education network. The network of continuing education "(Re)Shape Automotive Industry: Upskilling and Reskilling" is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs as part of the federal program "Development of Continuing Education Networks". The Re(Shape) website can be found here.
European Social Fund
The European Social Fund (ESF) is the European Union's most important instrument for promoting employment in Europe. The CITT is the main applicant of the funding guideline mentioned below in order to promote future-relevant topics beyond company boundaries and to shape change.
3rd call for funding "Shaping change in work in a social partnership – further education and promoting equality"
