Learning Path "Digital Factory"
A willingness to learn is a decisive factor for lasting professional success - those who continue their education are investing in their own future. As a "learning organization," Continental promotes a culture of continuous learning and further training and supports employees on their personal path to a successful and fulfilling professional life in the long term.
At CITT, we have set ourselves the goal of creating the best possible conditions for our participants. In addition to individual qualifications, we also offer coordinated learning paths that build on each other - the so-called learning journeys. These journeys run through different competence levels: Awareness, Basic, Advanced and Expert. Depending on the entry or target level, each employee can join and leave at the point that suits him or her. This promotes learning success.
Since learning requirements differ according to competence, the CITT learning journeys are characterized by differentiated learning objectives:
At the beginning, the focus is on building up knowledge. The trainers offer a lot of orientation, give concrete instructions for action and impart the necessary knowledge of methods.
As the learning journey progresses, the focus is on practical tips - the participants become more and more active themselves.
With increasing experience, the focus of training also shifts from guided formats to higher proportions of self-study. At this stage, learners benefit greatly from the exchange with their "peers", i.e. other participants. Self-study and the individual compilation of learning content come more to the fore on the way to the Expert:innen level.
Everyone learns differently - in addition to personality and skill level, professional and private situations also have an impact on learning behavior. To enable all participants to tailor their learning path to their own needs and follow it at their own pace, our learning journeys are modular: The modules can be booked individually or as an overall concept. Between the individual modules, we recommend the application of the training content in practice.
