In the IT Project Management Bootcamp, you will learn about project phases and various methods, and dive into relevant tools and software. After this training, you will know how to start and implement a project. You will learn what it takes to satisfy stakeholders, facilitate work in the development team, and launch a high-quality project.

Contents

Phase 1: Initial Steps in the Project
In this phase, you will learn the initial steps for starting a software project, including analyzing stakeholders, risks, and resources. You will create a project charter to clearly define the goals.

Phase 2: Create Your Plan
You will learn how to break down a project, set up a project space, and apply estimation techniques. Additionally, you will create a project schedule and budget, and define metrics for measuring success.

Phase 3: Project Management with Agile Methods
Here, you will learn about agile and waterfall methods and when to best use them. You will delve deeper into Scrum, Kanban, and agile principles.

Phase 4: Working with the Development Team
You will dive into the development process, understand team roles, and plan releases. Additionally, you will cover conflict management and overcoming obstacles.

Phase 5: Conducting a Project
In this phase, you will learn how to maintain high standards through testing and quality assurance and coordinate a successful launch.

Phase 6: Successfully Completing a Project
In the final phase, you will learn what to do after the project launch and how to transition a project into a continuous development mode.

Target audience

This training is suitable for anyone looking to enter a leading or coordinating role in the software development process. No prior knowledge is required - just an interest in learning and motivation.

Funding Requirements:

Highest educational qualification was obtained at least 2 years ago.
No use of funded qualification through the Federal Employment Agency in the last 2 years.
