Training Opportunities for All

Many industries face two key challenges in the coming years: transformation through digitalization and changes in the context of Industry 4.0. CITT aims to prepare workers for this change and to ensure that all have the necessary qualifications for the future and are prepared for tomorrow’s world of work. Our goal is to offer all staff bespoke, future-proof further training. CITT helps you build the (digital) skills you will need in your future career, as well as enhancing your personal employability.

In October 2019, CITT launched the first qualifications for semi-skilled employees. These modular courses are certified by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and lead to a full vocational qualification. Since October 2020, there have also been initial steps in the area of “digital skills” for skilled employees, academics, and semi-skilled employees in the form of eLearning programs. Since then, we have designed numerous other qualifications and now offer these at various Continental locations in Germany.

Our Target Groups

CITT’s qualification measures are designed to cater to a wide range of participants:

Our Locations

CITT has a total of 13 locations in Germany, each with their own training rooms. In addition, most locations also have CITT workshops, so that the practical aspects of the various qualifications can also be carried out at the highest level.

At our locations in Aachen, Hedemünden, Korbach, Ingolstadt and Regensburg, we also have the first CITT 3D printing and robotics TechSpaces: here we provide training courses using our 3D printers as well as mobile cobots. The first CITT Augmented Reality TechSpaces are available for use by our training course participants in Hanover, Waltershausen, Frankfurt a.M. and Babenhausen.

How are CITT Training Courses Designed?

Our goal is to develop tailored qualification programs that are practical and that include up-to-date content from experts in the field. To achieve this, we not only cooperate with our partners, but also follow a clear, proven process.
